When I first came in, they treated me like a bum off the street she wanted to charge me $144 for one night. I told her it was $128 online She told me go online so I went online when I came back, it was $128 everybody stop doing what they were doing to stare at me she told me to come back at 3 o’clock Check in.I said OK came back the Service was very nice I would come back. hope see remember me next time with a better greeting businessman

“Terrible experience at the breakfast”

We had a terrible experience with your complimentary breakfast. Your staff was rude and insensitive. We brought 2 soccer teams and needed to be out of the hotel by 7:30am. The breakfast was late getting out and your staff was unprofessional.

The hotel stay was fine, but we were very disappointed to not be able to have breakfast in the morning. We arrived at the breakfast room at 8:25 AM on a Monday morning to find that they were out of fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, yogurt, and coffee. The hotel stay was fine, but we were very disappointed to not be able to have breakfast in the morning. We arrived at the breakfast room at 8:25 AM on a Monday morning to find that they were out of fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, yogurt, and coffee. The front desk clerk came to restock plastic forks and knives, but made no attempt to say anything to the eight of us who were standing around, wondering the status of whether or not things would be restocked. When I approached her at the front desk, a few minutes later, she seemed surprised that I was asking about the status of breakfast, and curtly replied that more food was being cooked. After another 10 minutes, I politely asked a man who had come out to fix the pancake machine about the status of breakfast and he also replied that more food was coming (as he stood in the side room, breaking down cardboard boxes). After waiting 10 more minutes, we returned to our room, checked out, and purchased breakfast at the Starbucks across the street, because we needed to get to our appointment downtown. It’s understandable that people perhaps call off, or a misestimation is made about how much food is needed. What was disappointing was the complete lack of acknowledgment of the situation or communication to guests about what was happening.

It took almost 15 minutes of confusion to realize all of the local HIEx have the same breakfast nook and that I want just getting stock photos then 15 minutes trying to figure out why the website says there were rooms when the agent said there weren't. I was adamant about getting 2 beds. No 16 year old wants to share a bed with his mom. Finally got everything settled in another neighborhood and thought things were settled. Nope, 1 King sized bed. No laundry, pool closed, hotel at capacity. The one bright spot was the gentleman at the desk dealing with my disappointment as best and as quickly as he could. The cot was delivered to the room promptly but looked like it has been rescued from a dumpster and the springs were loud and uncomfortable so I made a makeshift bed with the mattress, the chaise, the footstools, some pillows and the springs. It worked surprisingly well. The room seemed clean enough but was shabby and stained. The room functioned as needed and the sheets were very soft, (though stained.) breakfast was delicious and filling. Check out was a breeze.
