“No complaints”
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was fine, clean, and quiet. No complaints. Relatively standard Hampton Inn. Close to the University of Rochester which was good for me since I was there for work. I would stay here again when back in Rochester.

“Lots of Canadians here”
Stayed here for night. Nice quite Hampton Inn, clean and comfortable as we expect from this chain. Nothing really outstanding here one way or the other... except for the Canadian Geese and all their goslings outside. They were great to watch, even when you had to wait for them to cross.

“Other hotel options are close.”
Breakfast was inferior, perhaps worst ever experienced at a Hampton. Room was clean enough, and everything worked properly. Location is good, front staff average. Other options are nearby, and should be considered. Franchisee chargers $150 “incidentals fee”, still not sure what that is for, but it… more
