“Comfort and excellence”
This hotel is an excellent place, it is clean, nice staff, the price is fair, the rooms spacious and clean. And they have what it takes to be comfortable. My husband and my son slept very comfortably, the beds were excellent, we would really go back to this place and I recommend it.

“Trip to Blackstone”
We love The Hyatt hotels..they are always consistently the same...they never disappoint nice size rooms, great condition ...the staff was very helpful and the complimentsry breakfast was good...everything you néed to start the day.....we try not to stay anywhere else ..

“Good for a short stay”
Perfectly ok, there is a 9 dollar charge to park in the lot. Seems like a money grab. We requested a crib and an ancient pack n play was given. We were only there one night so it was manageable. This place is good for a short stay. The breakfast was pretty decent.

“Just OK Hyatt can do better.”
It was just OK. The facility needs updating and furniture is low grade, worn out and stained. Our little dog found chicken bone on the floor the minute we entered our room and we found an empty beer bottle. Management showed concern and added points to my Hyatt account which was reasonable.
