“Enjoyable stay with lovely staff experience.”
The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very helpful, especially the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area. She was a treasure and greeted every guest with a smile and bright “good morning!”

“Nice Richmond hotel”
The staff was friendly and helpful. We came to run half marathon so needed late checkout which was not a problem. Friendly staff for the breakfast bar area. Plenty of parking. Room was tidy. Seemed well maintained. Lobby area had different gathering areas where people were playing board games.

“Ok. Needs renovating.”
This is an older hotel that needs remodeling. It has popcorn ceiling. The toilet was not flushing properly. We could hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above us. The bed was comfortable , and the hotel staff was pleasant and courteous.
