“Lovely but loud”
It is a nice but loud hotel. As with most hotels over 5 years old, it needs refurbishing. “Would not be my first choice, but was ok”

“Improvements needed”
Suites fine. Rugs in lobby and ground floor very worn - need to be replaced. Lobby ice water nice gesture, but only when cups are available to use. Breakfast egg/omelet line slow. Other items not re-filled in timely manner. Shuttle driver courteous and friendly.
