“Hospitality Plus”
Great location and staff make this an inviting and comfy place to stay in Rapid City. We stayed for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy access to all the tourist attractions in the Black Hills. Bonus superstore Fleet Farm next door carries anything you might want, from treats to sunglasses.

“Rapid City Hilton Garden”
Very large room and comfortable bed. Spent some time in the hottub, really relaxed this very tired traveler! Hotel was very nice. Staff was very attentive. We did not visit the restaurant on site. But I am sure the quality and staff were top notch.

Didn't start well-the phone no we had been given for the shuttle bus at the airport didn't work so we hung around for ages before another Hilton shuttle took pity on us and took us to the hotel. “Great except for carpet”
The staff is great at this hotel. Friendly, helpful, does their job well. The breakfast was a buffet or menu, with hot items, fruits, and breads as well as Belgian waffles. The hotel itself is clean everywhere, but very shabby. The carpet is absolutely filthy, and the doors, cabinets, etc are scuff… more
