“Lacking, but Convenient”
Lacking is the best way to describe my experience. There didn’t seem to be adequate staffing, coffee machines in the lobby were broken, and shower had pitiful pressure. Lacking is the best way to describe my experience. There didn’t seem to be adequate staffing, coffee machines in the lobby were broken, and shower had pitiful pressure. I requested for my room to be serviced while I was out and came back to find clean towels, but the dirty ones were still on the floor. There was trash on the carpet outside of my room for the first 2 days of my stay. Hotel is showing its age. I am not a picky person, but simple service and attention to detail seemed to missing from this property. Also, you need to bring charging blocks for phone cords. Hotel is convenient to North Hills area and food served the meeting I attended was good. Overall, the stay wasn’t up to typical Hilton standards.

“Unreachable”
Unreachable. Apparently the local phone number is unpublished. Unable to call the hotel without getting routed to national reservation center. We just needed the shuttle to get us. They still charge for parking. Hampton is a better value or Homewood Suites.
