This is the most beautiful Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The decor of the lobby & ballrooms is eclectic, bright, vibrant & eye-catching & it was the perfect backdrop for our Red Carpet Grammy themed family reunion. From the moment our family began arriving at the beginning of the weekend, the staff was amazing & extremely helpful. About 76 family members attended the reunion activities. Hotel staff made our family events (an evening banquet & a Sunday breakfast buffet) flow seamlessly. The Executive suite, which we used for our floating arrival reception, was just enough space & also beautiful with modern functional decor. This review would be incomplete without thanking & recognizing Brandi Cooper & Monica Shreve. These 2 ladies were so easy to work with & helped me to plan & execute my vision for our family reunion. Brandi ensured the ballrooms set up & the equipment we needed was in place & that our catering included everything that we needed. Monica ensured that our block of rooms was intact & that my family was largely placed in rooms near each other & mostly on the same floor. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again or host another event there should the opportunity present itself.

Just like any other Hampton Inn, with the exceptional and professional customer care from the reception desk staff, and Silvana, a lovely person, jack of all trades whom you will find during the breakfast service greeting everyone and making sure you're well taken care of, and also driving the hotel shuttle. I was there for business with an international group and she was very kind to our group members. Her Portuguese and Spanish skills came in very handy with our group. She definitely adds a human touch to the hotel.

“Exceptional Service”
The hotel was clean from the lobby to the actual room. I had a small issue with the mirror being off track but the maintenance man was there to fix it in less than 10 mins. Excellent customer from everyone I encountered. Definitely will be stay here during my next trip to Raleigh!!

Our 2-queen room was very sizeable, with lots of drawers, an easy chair, and a desk and chair. My big issue was with the TV. It had no numbers for channels. Our 2-queen room was very sizeable, with lots of drawers, an easy chair, and a desk and chair. My big issue was with the TV. It had no numbers for channels. The controls were not easy to use to navigate stations (stations were alphabetical, not numerical). Their business center had 2 computers and printers and even a shredder (that's different). There was a nice sized pool and a fitness center with lots of equipment.
