“Amazing experience”
Eric was awesome! Amazing customer service & made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer on a business trip. Took the time out to check and see if there was a particular food that I wanted. I truly appreciated the time and effort he took to make sure that I was taken care of.

“Best Hotel in Raleigh!!”
This hotel is the best we've stayed at in Raleigh!! The staff are all the very best....from Jaylen, Tony and others at the front desk to Matt, Eric and Richard for taking excellent care of the restaurant/bar customers, you get best in class in service always!!

“Too expensive for the lack of peace and quite”
The room walls are very thin. I could hear an entire conversation next door. The water temperature could not get hot. Parking spaces for the price is limited, especially for handicap parking. During breakfast, the omelet bar was extremely unorganized until April came to the rescue.
