“Visiting from Wyoming”
This seems to be a fairly new property and is well located and nicely situated close to Provo. Beautiful view out the window of the Orem Temple. A very comfortable property, bed was excellent. Property is well kept with a decent breakfast and very courteous staff.

“Disappointed”
We've stayed here a number of times as we traveled I-15 and have always been pleased. Not so much this time. The exterior of the building was being refurbished, so the main entrance was closed. We've stayed here a number of times as we traveled I-15 and have always been pleased. Not so much this time. The exterior of the building was being refurbished, so the main entrance was closed. We had to use an end entrance with tight stairs and fences. The luggage carts couldn't make the "corner turn", so I had physically lift it off the ground to turn it to get it in the door. Would have been nice if they had provided smaller, more manageable carts. The hotel was understaffed in comparison to previous visits. Instead of multiple people at the desk, there was one stressed woman to deal with a line of check-ins. I spoke about the lack of staff and she shrugged and said that was a management decision. The room was okay. The only highlight is that they have retained the "breakfast maven" who provides good food and good cheer in the morning. We didn't go back there on our return trip and I'm not sure what we'll do in the future.
