“Great stay !”

Very reasonably priced hotel. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Breakfast was good. Our king suite was roomy and comfortable. It’s a really big hotel. It is right on Highway 1 so if you have a room facing the road it might be noisy… we would stay here again !

“I LOVE this place!”

I LOVE this hotel! I hadn’t stayed at a Best Western in years and would never consider renting a room with them until now. First tip: book online! I was quoted more to book in when I called the hotel then when I booked online using the rewards. The rate was very competitive. This room comes with a sofa sleeper as a bonus! And allows for privacy and flexibility with a room divider between the suite section and the bed and bath section. The location was perfect for my needs, near a lot of shopping centers too. The bed was PERFECT! Super cozy with cozy and comfy pillows. The sheets were soft too. I had the best bath/shower ever here! I probably took an hour and the water never got cold. They gave us a soap bar with a massager on one side, amazing! My shower/bath was like a spa experience. The shower head was large with many setting options including two different massage options. The room was clean, no signs of bugs or improper cleaning. All lights worked well and the place seemed well-maintained (and I was the 3rd to last room available for the night). The breakfast was so good! Cooked with love with the best egg omelette ever! They has a good variety of breakfast options to choose from including many drinks options. This place also has a good size pool and jacuzzi (I didn’t get it but saw people in and it was working). The only thing I was bummed about was that during the night the fan was left to stay on but we heard it turn off and it started to get warm but the AC stayed on and working. I woke up and the button was off so I can’t be sure my son didn’t turn it off but the AC stayed working well! If you are a smoker, there are only a few smoking rooms so you have to grab a room early or else use the designated smoking area (which as a non-smoker, I appreciate). Overall, this was a great experience and I would tell all my friends and family to stay here if ever this way in need of a place to stay. The customer service was phenomenal. The front desk receptionist was overly kind and friendly when checking us in and the morning staff was kind, friendly, and respectful.
