“People make a difference”
From the first step to the hotel from the cold and windy weather it was so nice to see friendly and pleasant Thomasine in the front desk. The room was nice and clean, no nasty smell. “Needs an update”
The cleaning staff was very nice and cordial. The bed was comfortable and clean. I understand the historic significance of the Omni, but overall, the hotel is in need of updates to the furniture and bathrooms. There was some peeling wallpaper in my bathroom.

“Hotel with an Identity, does not deliver on comfort.”
Mixed and confused about this place. We were in for a couple of nights and in for an event at the Convention Center. The lobby really is beautiful, a little closer look you can see a lot of age on some of the lobby furniture. It was nice it was only a short walk to the Convention Center. But the pl… more
Mixed and confused about this place. We were in for a couple of nights and in for an event at the Convention Center. The lobby really is beautiful, a little closer look you can see a lot of age on some of the lobby furniture. It was nice it was only a short walk to the Convention Center. But the place is higher priced than your typical hotel. There was no turndown service, the refrigerator in the room did not work, and my biggest pet peeve was no furniture besides beds and an uncomfortable desk chair. Can we at least get a lounge chair for this price? It just makes the room uncomfortable without one.
