“Great place!!”
Great location for the downtown area - the whole area is very walkable. Front desk staff is phenomenal- Lamont stood out even from the others. We found out a lighted Steeler emblem on a chain didn't have batteries as we were leaving for the game and Lamont ran around and found not only the 3 AAA… more

“Front desk personnel”
The room beautiful, the outside view of the city and bridges breathtaking. But what impressed us the most was the front desk personnel Nika and Lamont who went out of their way to make our stay so very special! Thank you to both of them!!!! Be back again.

“Great place, good experience, thank you Abby!”
We have stayed at several different places in downtown Pittsburgh on Smallman Street. By far this was our best experience. Parking is key when you are in this area. The breakfast was nice and "Abby" at the front desk was wonderful. We would stay again on our next trip to Pittsburgh.

“Front desk check in!!!”
Abby and James went above and beyond to help my family during our check in process! We had an issue with a canceled reservation and Abby jumped right into action and James came to help and the issue was resolved quickly! I truly appreciate it after a long 5 hour drive fron Jersey!!
