“Courteous staff at the front”
Very courteous staff. Zory and Ashton were very polite and did what they could to get me checked in. While there was issues, I don’t hold it against them. But more against the company who arranged for me to come who didn’t leave the information for me to get checked in properly.

“Excellent hotel”
Not much to say. It's a Hilton. Very clean place. Close to the airport (20 mins by car over the causeway). You can fill up your vehicle with gas at the Shell Gas stations ( 3 mins away) Starbucks is right beside it. No need to fill up in Tampa when returning as the shell is only 10 miles away so ... more

“Paradise in the middle of St. Petersburg”

“Hotel OK...BUT!!”
Booked into hotel for 4 nights including breakfast. The hotel is outside the centre in a parkland setting. The bedroom was average. Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about.
