“Sergio saved the day!!! (Actually night!!!)”

“Top Notch Hotel!”
Enjoyed our visit for 3-4 nights after Hurricane Helene's devastation. Upon check in "Angelic", the front desk supervisor, made us feel relaxed and obviously cared. Beautiful hotel, pool, and restaurant right on Lake Carillon. We were here after hurricanes Helene and Milton damaged our home. Only happened upon them as we had tried everywhere else. “A great business hotel that avoids the tourist trap”
This property is a hidden gem. It hasn't been held hostage by family tourists and serves more of a business clientele. It's well-managed and staff are friendly. “Great place to stay”
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean, and the linen is fresh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel location has several entertainment and food options close by. Parking is close and is very well lite. Great place to stay.
