Front desk team was very nice and super helpful. Quick check in and out. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and pillows. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the breakfast was not great. The gravy was watery and the muffins / pastries tasted old. That wasn't a deal breaker for me. I can bring my own food.

“Perfect !!”

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, in a hotel. I have chronic back pain and have a lot of difficulty when not sleeping in my own bed. This bed felt better than mine !!!! Unbelievable!!!! This hotel has been recently renovated and it was spotlessly clean !! Believe me, I am very particular and look everywhere for dust and dirt. There was none ! Breakfast was a hot breakfast with a little bit of everything: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, Belgian waffles, sweet rolls, fresh fruit, donuts, 3 juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Very good choices. Staff was very nice and very accommodating. We were able to get Dollywood tickets at a discount !!! A discount of $5 for each of us ! At first we had a hard time finding it after dark. It sits behind Wendy’s, Arby’s and Baskin-Robbin’s. It sits back from the road quite enough to be very quiet. I will definitely stay here again !!!

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Typical free breakfast, but eggs were terrible. We checked into the motel in the evening and Dejour, the evening clerk, was amazing. He accommodated our request to view our room prior to checking in. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit and an insiders opinion of the area attractions. The rest of the staff were also excellent and housekeeping staff were the best I’ve seen.

Hotel building is not well kept. North stairway is full of code violations and is hazardous to quests. The hotel is showing its age. Paint will not solve all deficiencies. Hotel building is not well kept. North stairway is full of code violations and is hazardous to quests. The hotel is showing its age. Paint will not solve all deficiencies. We stayed in deluxe room again and were pleased with the size and amenities. Why is there a large sign in the parking lot which should be located out at the Parkway. It is still difficult to find the entrance driveway off the Parkway. The entrance drive appears to be at the Long John Silver sign. Long John Silver restaurant is no longer there. That's where a large Super8 sign is required. La Quinta next door has much better exterior night lighting and signage. Super8 has many partially lit strands of lighting, which make the building appear to be a cheap hotel used by truckers and one-night or hourly quests.
