Great Hotel. My family had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and attending all the local attractions. Plus the staff is exceptional especially guest services at the Snack Bar. The attendant, Penny, was so helpful and very knowledgeable about activities and events in the area. She helped us plan our vacation and was so nice. We would definitely return here AGAIN!!

This place is Amazing! Staff if friendly and kind. We had pizza one night from onsite pizza place, it was delicious. We ate breakfast on site at the restaurant, plenty of food, so much food we couldn't eat it all. Rooms were very clean and smelled great. My grandchildren loved kids water area, plenty of onsite activities to entertain kids and family. They enjoyed story time and character meet and greet. There is just so much offered right on site, you don't even have to leave. Highly recommend.

“Review of water park”

The room were clean & loved having the bunk beds for our children. The food was delicious and there was plenty of activities to do to entertain the entire family! My only complaint is the website states you can use the water park if you arrive early but we were charged $50 to check in early.

This place is really a mixed bag with several pros and cons. First, the good parts. The staff was all incredible! Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and just amazing overall. We loved the kid-sized bowling alley in the arcade. My kids also loved the laser maze and VR experience. They plan fun activities throughout the day including Bingo, crafts, story time, character meets, and a dance party. The water slides were a lot of fun. Separate splash pad type area for the smaller kids was nice. Snack bar next to the pool was convenient. The treehouse suite was super cute. My kids loved being tucked away in the little bunk area with their own lights and privacy. The treasure hunt in the room was a huge hit with my younger kid, and the treasure was great! (some snacks and a couple of small toys) Breakfast was fast and mostly tasty. Coffee shop with drinks and pastries was a nice touch. The candy shop and ice cream place were great. Now for the not-so-good parts... Lack of dining onsite. There are two restaurants - one that is only open for breakfast, and the other is a pizza place. So, not many options for lunch or dinner. However, there are tons of restaurants close by, so it wasn't a huge deal. The price of activities. There are lots of neat activities, but most of them cost a pretty penny. Rock climbing was around $10 a person and you only get three tries total (on three small walls). The laser maze lasted only a couple of minutes. My kids loved it, but to spend $20 or more for 2 kids to have 2 minutes of fun was a bit much. The arcade was a total ripoff. The games cost so many points that you'll easily blow through $50 in a matter of minutes, with little payoff. It cost 15-20 points to use the claw machines, and a 50 point arcade card costs $10. The pool towels were tiny - closer to the size of a hand towel. I may have had a faulty room, but the outlets in our room didn't work unless you turned on the overhead ceiling lights first. The bathroom light would not turn on unless you turned on the overhead lights in the main room first, which means when I got up to use the restroom at 2:00 a.m., the entire room woke up because I had to turn on the overhead room lights just to turn on the bathroom light. The wireless phone chargers and the USB ports didn't work without the overhead lights on, either. I would have brought this to the staff's attention, but we were only there for one night and these problems didn't come to our attention until bedtime. By then, we just wanted to rest and didn't want anyone coming to our room. There are only a handful of channels on the TV, and none of them were kid-focused. It would be great if they offered Disney channel or any other channel with kid content. No lifeguards at the pool (but there was an employee at water slides). Overall, it's a cute place and my kids want to go back, but hopefully without any of the above issues next time!
