Wonderful experience. The bed was super comfortable. I continued to lay in it a while after waking up. WiFi was fast. The floor I was on was super quiet. Staff was nice and friendly. Convenient food pantry on site. They also have a fantastic place in the lobby to grab a coffee. Would definitely choose Delta when staying in the area again.

“BEST option if you're going to the Amphitheater!”

I was in town for a show at the Mesa Amphitheater. I hesitated at first when booking this hotel as there were some lower cost options. Am I ever glad I did! This is a great hotel and literally right beside the amphitheater. As a solo female traveler, safety is important. I felt no risk at all walking back at night from the show. It's basically attached to the hotel property. Room was nice and clean. Bed was a little soft for my taste but comfy enough and there were lots of pillows. I appreciated the bottled water in the room and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early and they gave me an extra hour after checkout which was appreciated with my late day flight. The pool was fantastic and a couple times I had it to myself. There were always lots of towels available at the times I was there too. I didn't eat in the restaurant but I did order at the lobby bar once. The burger was quite good. There is also a sports bar across the street if you want another option close by. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back.

Stayed here for a conference for two nights. Check in was super fast and front desk lady was super sweet - I wish I hadn’t been so exhausted as I didn’t catch her name. First time I lay down on the bed I experienced heaven! Best night sleep I’ve gotten in years!!! I MUST know what kind of bed that is so I can buy one for home! PLEASE! Oh and the heavenly pillows too! I would be eternally grateful to know how to find my own! Coffee was wonderful downstairs, rooms were clean, amazing view of the Willy Nelson concert, only wish we could have propped the window open to hear better lol. The convention center was a super short walk which was awesome. Loved how we had to have a key to take the elevator to get to the rooms. As women traveling for work, it was a welcome safety measure. My single complaint, and I don’t even think it was the hotels fault - there was an awards show at the convention center and concert at the amphitheater so a gentleman told us we couldn’t use the hotel parking because it was full and had to park in a super dark dirt lot down the street. Seemed shady so we circled back to another entrance and got to the parking lot that was blocked by cones and had - no exaggerating - 20+ parking spots open. Got lucky and found one not blocked further back but it was quite annoying to not have a place to park due to other events when we paid for our rooms…like I said, I don’t think the gentleman worked for the hotel, but the hotel should certainly know this was unacceptable for them to do to paying guests, especially when plenty of parking was available. Overall, will absolutely stay here again and bring my family!! We appreciated the stay and look forward to returning!

The facilities are generally good, however despite my profile showing a high floor preference we were put on the ground floor directly adjacent to a fire pit where guests were talking loudly all night (room 103). The hotel accommodated my request to be moved but put us in a room with no working air conditioner (room 1004). It was too late to request maintenance so we endured the room — an uncomfortable experience.
