“Amazing customer service!!”
Best customer service I've ever had. Gia was absolutely amazing. Top notch place, I highly recommend!! Pet friendly so bring your pups with you. The attached parking garage made it easy to park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. And the people that work there care. Thanks again Gia!

“Great customer service”
We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and pleasant! We came from Georgia, so they helped us with questions about parking, local spots, etc. Great service! We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Philadelphia.

“MUST STAY SPOT✅”
Mann that the third Hotel I checked into during my visit to Philly and I wish I had just found the Windsor first, The end, GREAT place to stay and I won’t stay nowhere else when I come home to Philly, Thank you Kandell the manager was exceptionally helpful and kind with excellent customer service 🫡

“Great hospitality”
Great service Allen was super helpful with our bags and car. Made things extra easy with my 3 yr old. Couldn't have been easier for all of us. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful service and location. Our daughter loved the Franklin Institute.

“59th Birthday Adventure”
I’ve been here quite a few times and have had amazing experiences each time. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. Coming from New York it’s always a great little escape to kick back and have a change of pace. Also, Allen was very helpful.
