“Great Stay”
I had a great stay at The Logan. I was there solo but part of a very large group (several hundred people). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't have a bad word to say about The Logan. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean. I'm a gym rat so it was nice having access to a gym 24/7.

“Service poor, staff indifferent”
Minimal service and indifference from the top down. We were a group of 21, and promised priority in checkin didn’t happen. Most got room keys after dinner.
