Excellent staff. Megan at front desk was so helpful and the gal who helped me checking out (forgot her name, was great). “Grand vacation”
We stayed at double tree for the weekend. Mike thw ambassador for grand vacation did a phenomenal job of explaining us about the grand vacation program and giving the opportunity to me and my husband to plan a vacation that we thought would have never done if it wasn’t for mike.

“Great service by a great man”

“Wonderful experience”
The young lady Viji was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different packages that were being offered. She took her time to explain everything to me. She was also very friendly and not pushy at all. She made me feel at ease and conformable.
