Super comfortable stay which included validated parking. Very convenient location and decent breakfast options. The female cook went above and beyond and was very pleasant and Shawna at the front desk was helpful and wonderful to talk to. The only unsettling part was the notices in the elevator warning of car vandalism in the parking lot, although we did not have any problems thankfully.

“Good location, close to the airport, but excessive deposits for “incidentals”, and not so nice desk clerk.”

I stayed here due to a trip for medical care. Being a Gold level Bonvoy member, I had some points I wanted to use, and this hotel had a room available for the right amount of points. The hotel has several good points: It’s VERY close to the Philadelphia airport, the beds are very comfortable, the walk in shower has plenty of hot water, there is a “Super Wawa” near the hotel (about five minutes driving time, give or take, from the hotel) which has your basic food items, and the shuttle runs fairly often to the airport, also a five minute drive away, depending on the traffic in the area. Finally, there is a fire station three blocks away, if something should occur. Now, the reasons for the two point dock: 1) When I arrived, hobbling due to a previous injury, the desk clerk offered no assistance to my fiancé or I. Furthermore, on one or two different occasions, I saw the desk clerk on her phone. 2) The parking fee isn’t $20.00 per night; it’s actually $25.00 per night, as the Bonvoy app doesn’t tell you there are taxes added onto the price. It does allow you in and out as much as you would like, however. 3) Although I was using points for my stay, the desk clerk advised me, at the time of check in, that there was a $250.00 deposit for “incidentals.” There is NO sign stating there was going to be a $250.00 deposit for incidentals, nor was there any mention of that on the Bonvoy app; I can understand $100.00 deposit for incidentals, even $150.00, but $250.00 is very excessive. I did receive the $250.00 back on my card the next day however. Although the hotel is close to the airport and to the highway, I’m not sure I’d want to stay there again, not with the $250.00 deposit and the way the desk clerk acted.
