We had a great stay at the Silver King Resort. We stayed in Unit 415. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. We had a great stay at the Silver King Resort. We stayed in Unit 415. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The proximity to Park City Resort for skiing was great and we were happy to have access to a ski locker during our stay. We had our roof box on our SUV so we didn't fit in the underground parking garage but we were able to park in a small outdoor lot that was still convenient and we never had a problem getting a spot. The bonus of staying at the Silver King vs. a regular VRBO was the service, we could call the front desk with any concerns or if we had housekeeping needs (including taking out the trash) and at checkout we just left the keys, there was no long list of tasks to complete. We would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location if you intend on skiing. We are an Australian family of 6, so three couples and booked one of the two story 3 bedroom units. The unit is lovely and honestly felt like home the minute we walked in. We had the best home base for the 5 days we were there. It's such a homely unit. The bed was firm and I think needs an upgrade so a better bed would have been icing on the cake so to speak.Pool was awesome very warm as was the hit spa. The sauna was not working as yet. Overall great location and undercover parking. We will be back

Basically, the Silver King Condos are pleasant, clean, and well located. Our room was well furnished two bedroom condo. The appliances were relatively new. One of the toilet seats was poorly maintained requiring a simple repair. The view from our 3rd floor condo was beautiful. The public buses made getting around Park City free and easy. I would recommend Silver King to anyone.

The key to satisfaction is to have low expectations: Given that PC and DV are comically overpriced during the ski season - this is a reasonable option with great access to both PC mountain (5 min walk to lift) or bus to DV in front of the hotel. The key to satisfaction is to have low expectations: Given that PC and DV are comically overpriced during the ski season - this is a reasonable option with great access to both PC mountain (5 min walk to lift) or bus to DV in front of the hotel. The rooms are privately owned so likely hit and miss. Ours was rustic but clean and comfortable - with lots of light and space. The hotel also provides ski lockers and some discount for the ski rental next door. There is not much of a lobby and the gym and pool exist but are somewhat basic. In general, PC (and to a lesser extent DV) during the ski season is not very pleasant, as everything is full/overrun with tourists and hence lifts, restaurants and hotels tend to be overcrowded and pricey - eg., a ski day pass for $279 is a reason not to come anymore.
