Basically, the Silver King Condos are pleasant, clean, and well located. Our room was well furnished two bedroom condo. The appliances were relatively new. One of the toilet seats was poorly maintained requiring a simple repair. The view from our 3rd floor condo was beautiful. The public buses made getting around Park City free and easy. I would recommend Silver King to anyone.

“Good location for PC Mountain”

The key to satisfaction is to have low expectations: Given that PC and DV are comically overpriced during the ski season - this is a reasonable option with great access to both PC mountain (5 min walk to lift) or bus to DV in front of the hotel. The key to satisfaction is to have low expectations: Given that PC and DV are comically overpriced during the ski season - this is a reasonable option with great access to both PC mountain (5 min walk to lift) or bus to DV in front of the hotel. The rooms are privately owned so likely hit and miss. Ours was rustic but clean and comfortable - with lots of light and space. The hotel also provides ski lockers and some discount for the ski rental next door. There is not much of a lobby and the gym and pool exist but are somewhat basic. In general, PC (and to a lesser extent DV) during the ski season is not very pleasant, as everything is full/overrun with tourists and hence lifts, restaurants and hotels tend to be overcrowded and pricey - eg., a ski day pass for $279 is a reason not to come anymore.

“Reasonable prices for just under "luxury condo" accommodations.”

Our family of 6 stayed in 3 BR/3BA condo 510 in January 2023. It can easily sleep 7 without use of any of the pull-out sofas. Our family of 6 stayed in 3 BR/3BA condo 510 in January 2023. It can easily sleep 7 without use of any of the pull-out sofas. Baseboard heaters (and their controls) were of a 1980's vintage, but not really required as condo remained warm and comfortable. The blower from the main furnace was a little loud requiring an increase in the volume of the television when blowing warm air. Most of the electrical outlets were also circa 1980 and the plugs easily fell out (i.e. when recharging the cell phone while still in use.) Tiny traces of blood and a small tear on the curtains were noted in the first floor BR/BA, that however, could easily have been missed on clean up. All in all, spacious, reasonably clean but not immaculate, but slightly over-priced for what you get. There is a 600-foot walk to the Payday main lift, so borderline "ski in - ski out." Ski lockers are on the second floor, but the door to the slopes is on the third floor. It has a spacious indoor-outdoor pool with a 3-man sauna on the third floor.
