“Excellent location, helpful staff like Mike”
This property has an excellent location and everything you would expect from a Hilton. The staff are very friendly. Mike at the front desk is so pleasant and helpful. He also helped us 2 years ago on our last visit here. This is our go to property for skiing park city.

“Outstanding hotel in Park City”
I chose this hotel because it had the best rates available in the Park City area while still being in a convenient location. I chose this hotel because it had the best rates available in the Park City area while still being in a convenient location. It's not "slopeside" but with the bus stop right out front, it's only a quick, free bus ride to Park City Mountain. (Those free busses will also get you to Black Rock and Deer Valley ski resorts.) And the free busses will quickly and easily get you to the restaurants and shops on Park City Main Street. The hotel itself is wonderful, especially for recovering from a day on the slopes. The pool and hot tub are outdoors but well-heated and maintained, perfect for a late-afternoon soak. Also available are a well-equipped gym and a small rec room. The restaurant is top-notch, especially for a pre-ski breakfast. I recommend the breakfast burrito if you want to really fuel up and avoid paying extreme prices on the slopes for lunch. You also can't go wrong with their breakfast sandwich or avocado toast. Additionally, there is a bar and a coffee shop onsite. (I didn't try the coffee shop but overheard somebody say it's "the best coffee in Park City".) Finally, I have to compliment Mike and the entire front desk staff. Besides just being extremely upbeat and friendly, they went above and beyond helping me recover my snowboard that was "lost" by the airline and delivered to the hotel. When I return to Park City on future ski trips, this is where I will stay. I would recommend you do the same; your wallet will thank you.

The negative reviews about this hotel are somewhat true. The hotel is darker, more dated, and more confusing than the pictures show. Upon check-in, we were a bit let-down. The lobby itself is nice, but the rooms are older than portrayed. The bathroom was the biggest let-down— tiny shower, tiny toilet. Very old lightbulbs that got hot to the touch, peeling popcorn ceiling. The room itself was clean, but cramped and dated. There were many cracks in the ceiling, wallpaper was peeling, etc. Perhaps the worst thing was that the glass on the door was coming apart from the door frame, leaving a large gap where cold air and noise came in. On the bright side, the sheets and bed were clean and comfortable. The lobby was spacious and they had free cookies. The whole place had a weird smell though, like mustiness + air freshener. The staff were mostly awesome. We booked with Sebastian, who was friendly but apparently misunderstood many of our requests. However, Audra at the front desk was a godsend and very understanding when we wanted to leave early. She even took off some fees for us. The restaurant, 1800 Park, does not have free breakfast unless you’re a Silver/Gold Hilton Member. We had to pay for breakfast, and it was mediocre at best. The location was great though, you can walk to Fresh Market and grab a Starbucks in under 5 minutes. Ubers were very close by. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. Clean, good staff, convenient location, but very dark/dated and in need of some maintenance. We really do appreciate Audra’s kindness, she was phenomenal and made our stay better.
