“Love this condo”
We stayed in unit 1430 for the 3rd time and love it. The condo is spotless, very well kept & the furniture is in perfect condition. The views are unbelievable. The resort has everything you need on site or nearby. The elevators have been updated and are super fast. we'll definitely be back!!!

“Seniors with health issues, bring a scooter.”
We enjoyed the unit very much but for senior women the walk between the parking garage and our unit. It was a very long walk from our car to the elevators in the resort building and then from the elevators to our unit. The rooms were very nice and clean and the views were great.

Emerald Beach has potential but is in need of some serious updates. Check in was easy. The oceanfront view is the best part. The unit we rented wasn’t clean. “VRBO and Southern Rental Fees”
We have stayed her a few times and love it here. Close to alot of restaurants, putt putt, etc. This year we booked through VRBO. Our final bill had a $270 additional service fee and 2 - $80 service fees. I got no where calling Southern Rentals, they just said it was service fees from VRBO and Sout… more

“Ok but not great accommodation.”
We had a Presidential Reserve, 2 BR condo. It’s well worn and in need of updating. It’s ranked as a Silver Crown resort but is barely that.
