“Always enjoy!”
Stayed here for a long weekend during a festival held on property. Festival is an annual event. The Caliente Tropics did not disappoint! The property pool and grounds are well maintained and pretty. “A Fun Hotel if You're Not Fussy about the Age”
It’s an older converted motel and it does show some wear and tear. But it had some things that $350/night hotels lack. It had a towel ring next to the sink. It had really big, really deep drawers. “So so”
This is only an okay hotel. The bed was ok but the room was a bit run down. Shower is not that clean. And the water pressure run hot or cold without any control. The pool was nice. The restaurant, not affiliated was tasty but overpriced. The crowd a mix of families and party people.

“Outdated, tacky and a bad-smelling lobby”
I thought this hotel would be a fun tiki hotel, but unfortunately it was not. It seriously needs a renovation.
