Phoenix East 2, Unit 2022. I would first like to say that my stay there was a private rental thru Vacasa, not Brett-Robinson, which may explain some things. I have rented thru B-R many many times with never a problem whatsoever. This unit was decorated and furnished minimally, with dim lighting in the bathroom (and none in the slippery shower), cheap cheap toilet paper, a wobbly dining table, lit by a light who's fan would not turn off, and a den TV with no instructions. There was also no suitcase stand and, upon my arrival, I paid an extra $56 for parking (5 days). The moral to my story: I guess you get what you pay for. For the amount that I saved, I will use B-R directly in the future, rather than rent privately.

“Great area, great restaurants”

We really liked the condo - Phoenix West #904. There were a couple of things we didn't like at all. Upon arrival, we noticed the sliding glass door had fingerprints on inside and outside of glass. Also, the tile on the balcony was dirty, not swept or mopped. The furniture outside was stained - looked like it had been cleaned. The furniture in the living room was very difficult for us to get out of. The couched and chairs sit very low. We would stay in Orange Beach again, but not at this condo. Loved the area, the staff was extremely attentive and polite. Loved the lazy river! I have tried to process a review since the day we got back home but it never gets posted.

I agree with other reviewers. The place really needs some TLC and major updates in the units. Everything inside the condo was not only dirty but well used/abused looking. I agree with other reviewers. The place really needs some TLC and major updates in the units. Everything inside the condo was not only dirty but well used/abused looking. Our refrigerator did not even have a handle!! Kitchen silverware was sparse (obviously lost over time and not replaced). No pot holders. Stove drawer hanging askew and filled with stained and damaged pans. Some of the lamps were so damaged they were unsafe to use. Extensive water marks (leaks?) apparent on the ceilings in several of the rooms. Dresser drawers smelled musty and handles were loose or damaged. Floors were dirty. Sofas and seating for dining were absolutely covered with stains and soiling. Who would pick a white cover for banquette seating anyway?? Bed linens on some of the beds did not fit. Rugs at the bedsides were so filthy they looked ready for the trash. Outside seating area looked very aged and the cushions on some of the chairs were so sun damaged and dirty we opted not to sit on them. The side table for the outside chairs was broken. Phoenix/Brett Robinson needs to inspect these units and bring them back to acceptable condition. We enjoyed our stay there 3 years ago but I would not return if no updates/improvements occur. We paid for a walk out level unit labeled "High Demand Select". It was not worth the price considering the condition of the inside. We did report many of the issues. Minimal assistance and no offer to reduce pricing. BTW, the pool areas were well maintained and we observed the outdoor maintenance team doing regular cleanup and monitoring. Even the outdoor grill was cleaned extensively. Wish they had done so inside!!!

“UNIT 910 not great”

Don’t book Phoenix 5 unit 910. The mattresses on all beds are OLD/INFERIOR. . The bed linens do not fit properly and are scratchy. Bathtubs are narrow and do not feel very safe. Bare bones condo. Decor is hodgepodge and looks like a bunch of leftovers from other places
