“More than anticipated!”
We had a perfectly delightful 2days here. All the staff were so warm & friendly it’s like they couldn’t do enough for us. We had a perfectly delightful 2days here. All the staff were so warm & friendly it’s like they couldn’t do enough for us. Brisa & Jackie were super helpful, we had a cooler full of Shrimp & fish we had purchased in Pensacola at Captain Joe Patti’s. We were concerned how we could keep it all frozen, they said no problem we’ll keep it in our large freezer - just like that our biggest problem was solved. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable & upgraded us to a water view. We are very pleased & look forward to next time.

“Talk about nice for the price!!!”
We absolutely loved our room 916 with a stunning view. Beautiful beautiful accommodations. Gorgeous beach with white powder sand, beautiful pool & hot tub, comfortable accommodations close to restaurants & grocery store. Truly could not be better! “Wonderful!!”
Absolutely wonderful stay! We stopped in on our way home and took a chance to stay on the gulf. Tamalie checked us in and got us a fantastic gulf front room. SO CLEAN! SO NICE! The pool is heated. The shower is amazing with multiple settings. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. B… more

The shower is amazing with multiple settings. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. Beach/pool towels provided. The hotel was so great that we will definitely come back! Oh and the complimentary fresh cookies and coffee in the evenings was a homey touch! I hate to leave!

“Billed for nonexistent “valet parking” rather than FREE PARKING.”
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 13 months. We have always been please with everything about our stay. After our visit last week and reviewing our invoice for the stay, I see we were charged $15 per day for a total of $60 for valet parking. This was never disclosed and they DO NOT o… more
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 13 months. We have always been please with everything about our stay. After our visit last week and reviewing our invoice for the stay, I see we were charged $15 per day for a total of $60 for valet parking. This was never disclosed and they DO NOT offer valet parking. I tried to call the hotel directly about this, but after 25 minutes on hold, I gave up. I called Hilton directly and was told several times that they do indeed charge $15 per day for parking. Attached are 2 screen shots, from today, one from the Hilton app and one from Hilton.com. BOTH state “FREE PARKING” This TripAdvisor page also says “Free Parking.” I will be exploring my options regarding this theft from my credit card.

“Stay for the view”
We stayed six nights in a gulf front balcony room. Our view was great and we enjoyed the chairs and table on the balcony. The beds were terrible. Not a typical soft Hampton Inn mattress. We had no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in our bathroom. They offered small bottles for our week long stay.… more

We had no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in our bathroom. They offered small bottles for our week long stay. The breakfast was very good and offered new entrees each morning. Pool area needs refreshed. My husband almost twisted his ankle on uneven surfaces by the heated pool and hot tub. Great location across the street from many restaurants and shopping. Overall the hotel is showing its age and needs to be renovated. No streaming TV was disappointing.
