“Any port in a storm”

Our power had been out for several days and we needed a night in a hotel with AC. “Any port in a storm” would be the booking decision made for this hotel. Guests at Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central say: Our power had been out for several days and we needed a night in a hotel with AC. “Any port in a storm” would be the booking decision made for this hotel. Upon arrival, we could not have been more disappointed, but desperate, so we stay. One of the three elevators was out of service. There were signs at the elevators, limiting the capacity to 4 people. However, the rude employees would force their way on the elevators with their heavy carts taking them over capacity. The same employees would force their way past customers to get on the elevators from the main floor. The hotel rooms did not have a refrigerator. The safety latch on our hotel door was missing. I’m not sure how this can possibly still be a choice hotel. Even though I am a Choice member I did not receive a link to provide a review which is the only way you can provide a review on the Choice website. I will leave review here instead. The only way I would stay here again would be out of desperation and honestly, for the price I paid I would consider a different hotel in my desperation.
