“Hidden Gem”
This resort is conveniently located to the beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Our townhouse was on the canal. “Outdated”
Outside had great curb appeal, but this inside was a different story. Companies like this should pride of their belongings. For what I pay for annual fees I would except more!!

“Ate fresh caught fish two days”
Resort very dated. Size, view, staff all great. Sad to say RCI bookings are iffy or expensive. Value of accommodation s very sus.

“nice but need love and care”
Staff is personable, charming and very accommodating. Nice place but desperately needs to be updated- decor is flashback to 1984. Brisk 25–30-minute walk to the beach. Unit is 3 levels and has an odd layout. Master bedroom has no door and zero privacy.

A few units back up to a canal off the bay with boat slips but not sure if able to use them while staying there or if just for boaters to visit. LOTS OF STEPS, uneven, steep and narrow, laid out like split level, no bathroom on main floor, main bed in loft/attic lacks privacy. Unit was OK but show… more
