“BEST STAFF in history of hotels”
The young lady at the front desk is the friendliest most efficient person I have ever encountered at a hotel. She helped make everything easy as pie. I had a great stay here and recommend it to everyone visiting Oakland for any reason.

“Hotel”
Decent room and hotel with small gym Denny’s across the street smelled of pee so couldn’t eat there Jack in the box, McDonalds are close by within walking distance friendly front desk staff and limited free breakfast but did the job

The hotel itself was pretty good, I don’t have a lot of complaints in general. It’s a good location with lots of food options around. “Good for a night near the airport, but don't try to walk to/from the Coliseum”
The room was clean and comfortable; good for a short 1-2 night stay in order to be near the airport. The reason I am writing this review is to inform others considering staying here that walking around this area, and to the Coliseum BART station, is a bad idea. Plan on using Lyft or Uber.
