“Units have beautiful ocean view”
This was a Clean and spacious unit. Kitchen is very adequate. Lanai is large and our unit was very close to the ocean. Sunsets were incredible from lanai. Pool is small but adequate. There is adequate parking close to units. They have an excellent café on site that's open in the morning.

“Peace & Quiet”
One of the best time shares we’ve been to in Kona. It’s very laid back, beautifully kept grounds and ocean views from the lanai. “Great Location in Kona!”
The View Does NOT Disappoint! The Sea Village is a bit older, yes, but RIGHT by the ocean! I took a me trip and stayed in 4210, second floor. The unit was a bit dated with furniture that really should be cleaned/replaced. I slept on the sofa bed so I could hear the surf. Definitely needs replaced o… more

“Good view but limited supplies”
Sea Village sits right on the water. 4-206 has a good view of sunsets. Limited supplies in the condo. You will need to buy various things including toilet paper. “Loud during quiet time.”
The apartment complex is dated, loud and usually busy. Location is the only major positive. There is no AC and hence you need to keep windows open even when its 85 outside. The sleep quality is below average as people are constantly moving in/out during the "quiet" time. I will not be back.
