“Not impressed with room, but fairly convenient because of walking distance to amenities”
There's a reason this is the pic on the website for this rental. Ground level, view of nothing but a rock wall. Between a parking lot and the pool. Room needed work. Toilet tank drained and refilled every 15 minutes. Reported it day 1, never fixed. Numerous other repairs needed. Couch was horribly … more

“Needs renovation”
The location is excellent. Our suite, E-1, was a basement apartment, but it was a walk-out so it had a lot of light in the living room, just not in the bedroom. It was very spacious. The kitchen has been renovated recently and it was nice and very functional. But the bathroom was unacceptable. … more
