Very welcoming and friendly staff, room was a good size and comfortably, great that it had a kettle. Location central to everything. Just one small problem, every night a live band plays at the pub on the corner until at least 10pm. Can be a little loud and annoying (especially if the band playing in ordinarily). But still a great hotel and somewhere I’d stay again.

Checked in on Wednesday. This hotel claims to be a 4 start hotel, but I’d say it’s more like 2.5-3. We arrived early due to our flight landing early. No rooms available yet for early check in. I asked the girl in the front who worked this Wednesday around noon to give me a call when the room is ready and she’s like okay we will. I called 40 minutes later and a man answered and stated for us to come back. Where is the girl that’s suppose to give me a call when our room is ready? I don’t want to have to do her job for her. If I didn’t give a call, we wouldn’t have been in our room earlier! Mind you, a lot of us tourist coming are tired and want to settle in as soon as we can When we arrived, the roof top pool was closed. We still got charged the full resort fees, and I felt like they shouldn’t have charged us the full resort fees. We wanted to use the pool and check out the roof top. Money hungry businesses. At least compensate us for something for this like one night free parking or partial resort fee charge. They gave us 3 $5 vouchers for the restaurant next door, and the girl who gave it to us stated we could use it on ANY drinks and food. Went there to get some alcohol, and stated they don’t accept it for alcohol The carpet in the hall and in our bedroom was filthy. Needed vacuuming and deep shampooing. We ended up using slippers cause we felt gross being barefoot in our room. Oh, and if your room is next to the elevator, make sure you request a different spot. That damn elevator was so damn loud every single time someone used it and kept me awake as I’m a light sleeper. Front desk service was not the best expect the man that was in the front. The girls didn’t seem like they wanted to be there lol. I get it, you’re probably sick of tourists but that doesn’t give you the right to give mediocre service. You go traveling, and do you want that type of service? Especially for something you’re paying for? The only thing that stood out to me in this hotel was the lobby at night. It’s cute I wouldn’t stay here again when I come back. Other hotels will give me better experience, but I’m sure other people are fine with just this hotel I see that the manager replies to reviews stating about the service, but seems like there’s nothing being done. They probably just reply to show they’re going to “do soemthing” about it. Either way, they’re still going to get business
