“Great place to stay!”
They've done a fantastic job remodeling this hotel. Everyone and everything was great! In room coffee and complimentary bottled water with a refilling station near the lobby. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great location too! Check this place out.

“Give Romer Waikiki a try!”
Beautifully renovation hotel in Waikiki close to shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and welcoming: I got a free upgrade which was unexpected. It's my new favorite hotel to stay in Honolulu! I highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

“Saved the day”
My flight was delayed a day and I called the hotel three times to inform them I would be arriving the next day. To hold my room as I had paid for it. Upon arrival I was told I had no reservation and the hotel was full. Two useless males took hours to look up my details. Thank god Shereen… more

“Decent hotel well located”
Decent hotel in a convenient location. The room was very comfortable and functional. Beware of noisy garbage trucks every weekday morning and the unexpected, unwelcome $50/day resort fee that we did not get any benefit from. The desk staff were great.
