“The Pacific Monarch Hotel is and always will be my favourite place to stay in Waikiki”
I stayed on impulse in 2023, returned in 2024 and immediately reconnected with wonderful front desk staff Danny, Keiko, Chistieann and Cherly for whom nothing is too much trouble and it’s always delivered with a smile. “My favorite place to stay in Waikiki”
Sunshine is the best! She is so nice and made sure we had an awesome time at the hotel. We were puzzling, surprised to be greeted by her right when we got to the hotel and felt very comfortable there My 2nd time staying here and I definitely will be back!

“Depends on Room given”
Booked two rooms. Room on 21st floor was great and modern, updated. Room on 17th floor was dated, curtains seen better days, couch was worn and the air conditioner was super loud - had to sleep with earplug loud. Location is amazing and staff were friendly, and rooms were clean.
