“Exceptional Service”
Overall staff was exceptional & very accommodating. Hotel itself is very clean & presentable. However, we stayed for 8 days & rooms should be serviced at least every 3 days not on our 6th day. “Another great visist”
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to the beach. Quieter than most hotels in Waikiki. For my money, one of the best values on Oahu. Friendly staff, great location, modest price.... couldn't ask for much more. If driving, you have to be careful when exiting the hotel as it is… more

Outstanding facility for the price. Room and views were great, staff was awesome, location is fine. Just a great overall experience. “All good at the Luana🤙🇩🇰”
All perfect, room and entire venue was perfect, a nice little free happy hour with entertainment. Close to high end shopping and 10 minute walk to beach. Do have watershoes for most swimming areas. I would do it again. Great staff and amenities 🤙🇩🇰
