For the price you really can’t beat this! The room was very nice and our only complaints were that the bed/mattress was a bit uneven to sleep on and the breakfast was just average (nothing too special) but got the job done:) we enjoyed our stay! the staff were super nice and we stayed during a storm where the power went out and the staff gave us complimentary ice-cream which was a really sweet touch! Overall would recommend!! I think what really makes this place stand out is the staff and attentiveness to the customer!

Front desk staff friendly, facility clean, breakfast average. Issue was room assignment. I booked large king suite room, Assigned room was “handicap assessable’ Did not need that, Two TV , what we expected “ could not change channels on one , could not shut A/C off and also noticed electrical outlets without covers. Changed room, and got smaller king suite only one tv. Did not have the same amenities as what I booked yet I was charged the same price, but it’s also advertised that way. This was also a handicap accessible room, but I certainly wouldn’t call that it is not a walk-in shower you have to climb in. I found the shower to be slippery. Room for two people which we were only two glasses in the room no plastic glasses in the bathroom just two glass glasses by the sink in the sitting area. The bathroom hand soap provided but no little dish or tray to put it and had to leave it on the counter. This is not what I expect from the Marriott property and I try to stay exclusively Marriott property.

So, I read the reviews before booking and staying at this location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were super soft and we had one in our party that slept on the couch, which happens to make into a trundle bed and slept comfortably also. The TV did not work in our room. Room 424. So, I read the reviews before booking and staying at this location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were super soft and we had one in our party that slept on the couch, which happens to make into a trundle bed and slept comfortably also. The TV did not work in our room. Room 424. Front desk was made aware of the issue. The bathrooms towel holder had been ripped out at some point before our stay, so the towels were placed next to the sink. It didn't leave much room for toiletries to be placed. The tub was very slippery. Was hard to shower and not slip and fall. Could be why the towel rack had been ripped out of the wall. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. We chose to eat at Crackle Barrel the second morning. Ice machines..were all Out of Order except on the first floor. Asked the front desk about it and they are not fixing them as they have ordered new ones that are currently on backorder. Pool and Work-out Room were still closed for renovations. We stayed 2 nights in the middle of the week, and never heard any noise or saw any workers. Staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a comfortable stay, but will probably stay elsewhere if we visit the area again.
