“Great service and good location”
Big props to the cook Martha H who is very kind and sweet. Also, the front desk attendant Jaira. Really great people and helpful. Hotel is accommodating and the area is real close to Mall of America. A lot of good spots to eat at in the Mall and in general around the area

“A very Good Towneplace”
We spent 2 nights here. The check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel location was great. It was close to the river/parks and restaurants and bars, and the Twins ballpark too.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 3 friends and it was very spacious and clean. Right away we were greeted by Laketa at the front desk and she was GREAT during the whole stay whether it We asked for extra towels or food recommendations nearby. The location was great and aafe with ma y bars and restaraunts within walking distance so we didn't need to take pur vehicle put of the underground garage. We will be staying again!

“Great space, but in need of refurbishing”
So...very conflicted about this hotel. Staff was fantastic, especially the women in the breakfast room. The breakfast room has seating for about 30 and I'm pretty sure there are 140+ rooms in this hotel. So...very conflicted about this hotel. Staff was fantastic, especially the women in the breakfast room. The breakfast room has seating for about 30 and I'm pretty sure there are 140+ rooms in this hotel. It was always crowded when we were there and I'm not exaggerating when I say it constantly needed to be restocked. They were doing it, but basically the space is so small that it required constant restocking. The hotel itself was OLD. Fixtures from the 1980/1990s and when I took a towel off of the towel rod in the bathroom the entire fixture fell off of the wall. This hotel has some great spaces and the size of our suite was great, new mattresses, but everything else needs to be replaced.

“Not Bonvoy usual standard”
The area doesn’t feel safe, I didn’t like the fact that the hotel door had to be opened with the card. The whole place (inside and near the outdoor pool) smelled like pot. My sheets had stains, I ask front desk to change them but all they could do was giving me a new set and I had to do it myself.… more

My sheets had stains, I ask front desk to change them but all they could do was giving me a new set and I had to do it myself. The very friendly staff couldn’t make it up, I know it’s not their fault. Breakfast was ok, but very crowded and noisy. I was suppose to stay three nights but check out after one.
