“One night getaway”
My husband and I stayed for a night as a quick getaway. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. “Great concierge lounge”
The Renaissance did a great job hosting a large medical conference. Service and food exceeded expectations. Grecia Santana in the concierge lounge was a delight to all of her guests. She was extremely busy but always attended to guest requests and was so pleasant.
