We had an amazing three-night stay. The room was comfortable and super clean. The location is great- we were able to get all around using the skyway. The restaurant and cafe both had great eats with good options for dietary restrictions. Most importantly, every staff member from the valets (shoutout to Dux and Steven) to checking in (Liz was our hero and our kiddo’s favorite) to the cafe (thanks for the tiny hot chocolate) was incredibly thoughtful. I’m not sure that I’ve ever had better service at a hotel. Definitely will stay again!

“Best front desk crew EVER”
Giancarlos, Leah & Liz went above and beyond during our stay and brought so much joy and amazing kindness to our visit! They showed qenuine first class customer service and went way beyond the call of duty to insure our stay was wonderful. We are truly grateful.

WOW! Our Daughter and her Fiancé had their rehearsal and dinner at the Emery. Also a meet and greet for out of town guests. Many of our guests stayed at the Emery as well. We stayed here too! What a wonderful place! The food was excellent! The decor and hotel rooms were beautiful! But the best part was the service!!John Carlos, Liz and Leah were above and beyond helpful! They made sure all allowances were ready for my elderly Mom! She was traveling with my Sister and we so appreciated the easy check in and extra perks! We needed to print the remarks for Bridget and BG’s wedding day dinner~they made it easy to get a copy and even provided 2 copies-“just in case”! This is a terrific hotel!

“Perfect Wedding Block for Big Wedding!”

We used the Emery for our wedding block on Fourth of July weekend 2024. The staff was accessible and gracious. They provided amazing rates for our guests and went above and beyond to keep everyone comfortable. The hotel lobby was a perfect spot for wedding guests and casual hangs. They helped organize a beautiful breakfast the morning after the wedding and really just went above and beyond in every way possible. 10/10 would recommend as a wedding block. The lobby restaurant and bar are also incredible! Downtown is so vibrant in the summer and a perfect location for fun wedding groups.
