“Could have been so much better.”

My friends and I had two rooms, 615 and 616 from August 22-25. The hotel front desk ladies were great as were the cookies. There were many negatives that outweighed the staff and cookies. Yes, guests at Doubletree Suites By Hilton Hotel Minneapolis have highlighted that: My friends and I had two rooms, 615 and 616 from August 22-25. The hotel front desk ladies were great as were the cookies. There were many negatives that outweighed the staff and cookies. The hotel phones were out. To reach the front desk I had to call the hotel on my cell and then reach someone to talk to. Shouldn't call it a business center without a computer. The bathroom light switch is not near the bathroom door frame so you have to reach and search for the switch in the dark. No anti-slip strips in the tub. The shower water got hotter and hotter while I was showering. I was there 3 nights. There was no maid service during my stay. No complimentary breakfast. Instead, a $17 charge. The ice machine was out on the 6th floor. The TV' remotes were hard to navigate. The couches in the rooms were very uncomfortable and there was deferred maintenance throughout.
