Overall, I give it a pretty good. The rooms are laid out well and large, however thin walls, can hear and slamming of doors. Needs refurbished in rooms of drapes etc. ours were hanging off rid in places. High floor get a great view of fireworks nightly! Housekeeping is absolutely horrible! We stayed 5 nights, misunderstood how to handle a room cleaning only happens on 3rd day. You have to chase down maids daily to get supplies, TP, etc. and oh my gosh, even tho you pay for water, Lordy it’s sacred! I literally got yelled at for getting a bottle, I put it back! You see, we were on 25th floor, after 3 days our maid cart did not have regular coffee, water, hair conditioners, so I went to floor below to get. Don’t do! They yell at you, geez! I reported at desk, guess I was to call, problem there I really don’t want to sit in room waiting for things to get delivered to room. For what you pay, housekeeping should be included or at least be friendly and let you get needed items! Crazy, our end smelled too, like musty or Cigs? But no one will know as they don’t clean daily, trash piles up this way too! Not at all happy with housekeeping services. Also WiFi cuts out daily? Restaurants are hit or miss and many closed several nights and at 6 go to limited menu, crazy! Service is so/so, one night waited forever at 3 sisters for check! Did breakfast buffet 2 days there too, first day all was good, 2nd day out of practically everything?! Paid $17/pp for like a continental! Didn’t even get coffee! The good is that it’s walking distance to other restaurants or take Ubers. Also, kudos to the Lobby lounge, great service there and usually a nice spot to meet, unwind etc. Casino very very tight! The whole 5 days didn’t hear anyone winning any jackpots lol! Their players card is weird too, doesn’t work half the time even inserted correctly. Thought unusual we both played 3-4 days, and neither of us accrued even one point? I do like the layout of it and very clean, like smoking section in separate room. Service for me while playing was horrible, however my husband had good service, so again hit or miss! I do want to mention JENNIFER in promotions she was fabulous with helping us! The spa also closed Monday and Tuesday! Pool area very warm! Very nice gym tho, I used one night! Location is very good to the Falls etc. That’s another reason for 4 stars. The highlight was “Hal” our golf cart driver and van! He is absolutely the best! That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 3, he is priceless! Loved the history the stories etc. He is a great asset to your staff! Would we come back, maybe, if price was right, actually enjoy the PA casinos better.
