This is a standard Holiday Inn on a busy road with lots of other airport hotels. it is not a place where I would want to spend a week, but it does its job as an airport hotel. The room was quiet despite its proximity to the airport. We purchased 8 days of parking with our room, and it was a good price. The lot is gated, so it felt safe to leave our car there. Like much of the area, it is a pain to get in and out. However, we were able to walk to the Renaissance Hotel next door for dinner, so we did not have to get on the road again. There may be a restaurant in the hotel on the other side of Holiday Inn too. The Holiday Inn does serve a breakfast included in your room rate. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes. You do not need a reservation, which may mean that the van can fill up on any particular trip, so allow yourself time to get to the airport. The van drops off and picks up at the hotel shuttle lot, and you will have to take the airport train to the terminal. Be aware that there are multiple airport Holiday Inns, so make sure you get in the van with the address of your particular Holiday Inn. The driver picking up was quite gruff about it. I am sure he is weary of people getting in the wrong van, but first time visitors don't understand the situation, and there are a lot of visitors who are not native English speakers, so I wish he was given a script or directions to make people's encounter with NY/NJ a little more inviting and a little less confusing.

I had a pleasant stay and I am writing this review only to compliment the receptionist who got me checked in earlier than check in time. I had a pleasant stay and I am writing this review only to compliment the receptionist who got me checked in earlier than check in time. My early morning flight was cancelled and I booked this property due to its closeness to the airport and their airport shuttle. Kayla, I believe this was her name, said no rooms were available at the time I got there but she would try to get me one as soon as she could. She even came to find me once the room was ready. It was very much appreciated. Room and property itself were fine and I would stay there again. I ate lunch in their restaurant and had their grilled chicken Caesar salad which was very good.

The nice lady at the front desk was very nice. The elevator not near the front desk was just odd, as was having breakfast in the middle of the lobby. Nothing the hotel can do about how it was designed. The room was comfortable, and the shuttle to the airport was conventional. Location for airport travel was great. We ordered dinner from a place suggested in the room and this was terrible. It took 2 hours to deliver and was cold upon arrival. Parking was expensive so we returned our rental car early.
