“Helpful staff”
Edith and Ivonne were so compassionate and so helpful, what great staff and experience for a tired distraught traveler after 15 hours of flight delays. The hotel was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the lobby was impressive.

Helpful front desk with Edith, Evonne being wise and kind with every guest who comes in, free cookies, ones which are warm and taste good, I only park my car here to travel via EWR and have been parking here like 4 times, its been pretty good. Michele at the front desk was so helpful and Courteous throughout our stay. She answered all of our questions that we had during our visit. We will definitely be back to this location that is close to our son’s college when we come and visit him. Thank you

Mr. Jude was extraordinary since our arrival yesterday, he was so attentive and always asking what was need it and the first person I met this morning before our company conference was his and he right away recognized me and called me by my name.
