“Great Visit”
I loved this hotel. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. The manager couldn't be more helpful. I had been scammed on a site that appeared like it was this hotel (watch for those!). So when I arrived the reservation I thought I had did not exist. She got me a room and helped me with the false c… more

“A very good experience for our first stay in big apple 😊”
Verry cosy rooms in brownstone- style, central located. Nice stuff, helpful and flexible to guests issues. We felt very much at home in big apple 😊🧡. You have the metro nearby, it’s just a few steps to Soho, Chinatown or Little Italy. Close to Broadway with a thousend s of Shopping opportunities!

“Like a New Yorker”
I slept very well, it's a very New York feeling one. In a very useful locations . Even the rooms is not big, it is very cozy. It's the second time for me there. The only issue is that there isn't an elevator and the stairs are very steep , at least there should be someone to help

“Location good, but hotel not a 4 star quality, more like 2.5.”
beds, pillows were comfortable and bathrooms were decent. Good staff, but I wouldn't stay again primarily for cost versus quality - no reason to pay a "resort fee" and no elevator, parking, or help with the bags. Proximity to subway is a plus.

Great location but the hotel rooms are very small and dividing walls are paper thin so that you hear everything in the nearby rooms.
