“A great experience with helpful staff”
Our original hotel cancelled and didn’t inform us. We had to book this hotel with an hours notice and it wasn’t a problem. Check in was professional and very helpful. We stayed on floor 32. Quiet room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Daily housekeeping. Clean room. Highly recommended.

“Ok-ish rooms, cust services not so ok”
Rooms are small, toilet door issues are indeed well reported already by other reviewers. Cleanliness is a concern, couch and chair in the room are filthy and stained, no way I could use them.
