“Good value - lovely staff”
Usually stay at the mid town Renaissance hotel when working in Mid town. but tried the Time square one this time for a change - the rooms are way bigger staff equally as nice - Jean Paul was defiantly worth a call out for exceptional service and welcoming. “Wonderful”
Always a good to great experience. Especially at this crowed time of year in NYC. The staff are always kind and welcoming. Especially Tammy, Greg, Matthew, Davina .. Rooms are just right for NYC. With 2880 plus nights at Marriott/Bonvoy .., Renaissance Time Sq is one of my Favorite's. RW

“Great option for a trip to NYC”
We happened to be traveling during the week of the Christmas tree lighting, so hotels across NYC were incredibly expensive and we scoured to find a reasonable option. This one was a great solution - not as pricey as higher-end chains, but with a reliable name and a great location. Stay was pleasant.
