“Above and Beyond”

Actually styed here Sept 2022 and I can not thank the staff here enough. I was in a negative situation and was shaken up by a series of events, the staff made me feel safe from the second I arrived. “Great location”

Great location, only blocks from time Square and tons of great restaurants in a very safe neighborhood. Rooms were big by NYC standards. Very clean but lobby a bit cluttered. Quiet street and parking garage across the street.

“Noisy as hell”

Positive: Early check-in, close to Times Square, decent breakfast included, people is nice. Negative: Noise. There were desmantling works, it seems hotel was closing down, so they had a crew moving forniture, taking out carpets, etc. The first night they woked until midnight. I phoned front desk t… more

I was in a negative situation and was shaken up by a series of events, the staff made me feel safe from the second I arrived. They let me park right out front and put me in a room by the front desk, so the minute I opened my door I could see the desk. When I was checking out in the morning they checked on me to be sure I was ok. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Huge thank you to the staff
