“Monique is the cherry on top”
This was a really nice hotel, but honestly the real compliment is Monique. She was awesome, informative and super helpful. Our room was nice, but near ground floor and by the elevator. Amazing service! Front desk is very nice and accommodating! ! comfiest bed, pillows i’ve ever had at a hotel. very nice room, perfect location for seeing NY, great for couples. the complimentary breakfast is a great plus, the view is AMAZING!!!
